The show centers around Shawn and Gus fulfilling their childhood dreams of being detectives and Shawn channeling his untreated ADD and dramatic flair into the greatest performance of a lifetime. Although they’re on the side of the police, Shawn and Gus are not detectives. They frequently break the law (most commonly B&E and impersonation) but they solve lots of crimes!
